Dealing With The Problem Of Anger

Studies show that 75 - 90% of all doctor's office visits are stress-related, and the most destructive form of stress is anger. Anger is not a sin--Jesus got angry, but anger can easily get out of control. Few emotions are as corrosive. Unbridled, it destroys relationships and careers. Unresolved, it can lead to depression. Accumulated, it will eventually erupt.

In today's Bible study lesson we'll look at the most common examples of anger, seven sources for anger, and discuss what to do about it.

I do “one point” messages. I call the point the Big Idea. This week’s Big Idea: I pledge not to sin when I get angry, but openly confess I can't do it on my own.
