Nothing but Scripture…

In his heart a man plans his course but the Lord determines his steps.

To man belong the plans of the heart, but from the Lord comes the reply of the tongue. All a man’s ways seem innocent to him, but motives are weighed by the Lord. Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed.

Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but he who trusts in the Lord will be kept safe.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Acknowledge him in all your ways, and he will direct your path.

Fear not. I have overcome the world.

Do not worry about anything. Instead, pray about everything.

Do not worry about what you will eat or what you will wear, for the Lord God knows that you need these things.

Have no fear of sudden disaster or the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be your confidence and he will keep your foot from being snared.

Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and everything you need will be added to you.

Do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

The eyes of the Lord search throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.

Because of these we can say…

My worst day with Jesus has been infinitely better than my best day without Him.
