Are you getting what you want out of your job? Is your work satisfying? According to Gallup’s 2013 “State of the American Workplace” report, fully 70 percent of working Americans don’t find their work rewarding.

That’s a problem because men, made for work, must feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in their work, or contentment will elude them. If a man is unhappy in his work, he is unhappy everywhere.

Work is righteous. It’s a good thing. So if you’re not content, either ask God to make you content because you do your work to glorify Him, or go get another job—one you can love!
