A Higher Purpose For Easter

21 Jan 2024

If God has put someone in your path who is stuck, discipleship means
finding out why and then helping them solve that problem. Let’s be careful
not to say or think, “I don’t want to meddle” or, “I don’t want to offend
them.” May none of us ever hear those awful words, “Why didn’t you help
me?” There can be a higher purpose for Easter this year. Like Andrew did
for Peter, we can bring them to meet the Savior (John 1:41-42). He is,
after all, the only One who can actually get them unstuck. Who has God put
in your path who is stuck? Let’s invite those people to church tomorrow.
It’s the “making disciples” thing to do.
