We believe that nothing is more important than raising up a new generation of men who love God, love others, are surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus, are living out their faith in their families and on the job, and are reproducing themselves by discipling others – starting with their families. That’s what men’s discipleship is all about.
We can talk about the importance of men’s discipleship until we are blue in the face, but there’s something that a church must have in place before men’s discipleship can get any real traction: A disciple making culture.
I saw this with striking clarity on a recent trip – churches with great momentum because they already have a disciple making culture, compared to churches that even with great men’s leaders can’t keep momentum because the church in general does not have a disciple making culture that supports their work.
Until every church disciples every man…
