Since 1996, the No Man Left Behind Model has become the “new wineskin” for churches who want to build “sustainable” disciple-making ministries to their men. 1 Corinthians 4:2 says, “Now it is required that those who has been given a trust must be found faithful.” Because this model is so successful we started asking, “What does faithful look like?” We believe God wants us to proliferate No Man Left Behind to as many churches as possible.
So, for the sake of our children, marriages, churches, and communities throughout our land, we think “faithful” looks like helping every willing church disciple every willing man—as soon as possible.
Our method is to put “boots on the ground” in every community. 2014 was a year of rapid growth and expansion at Man in the Mirror. We added 21 new staff, and ended the year with a total of 21 headquarters and 91 field staff. We now consult with churches in all fifty states and around the world to help them disciple men more effectively.
It’s cliché, but an organization is only as good as its people. We’ve been blessed. God has supernaturally assembled a team of godly, gifted men and women who love Jesus and each other, and are passionately and urgently committed to solving the “men problem” through men’s discipleship.
Together with you, if God will continue to give us his favor, we can win the battle for men’s souls in one generation.
We’re always stronger together.
Until every church disciples every man…
