Kyle Vann and I have been close friends and co-workers since meeting in 1991. Kyle spent several decades at Koch Industries where he served as CEO of Entergy-Koch.

As an emeritus member of the Man in the Mirror Board of Directors and ongoing adviser, Kyle is a genuine “insider.” Because of his superior knowledge about our mission, we asked Kyle if he would record an encouraging message to our Field Staff who attended last week’s FUEL conference.

It’s such a profound endorsement of the need for men’s discipleship in general, and Man in the Mirror in particular, that I just had to share it with you.
