It is a logical error to blame Bob for Bill’s bad behavior. Everyone is responsible for their own actions. We all know this.

To let human evil test my faith in God would be to make the same logical error.

Human evil tests my faith in humanity, not God. Divine evil, if there were such a thing, would test my faith in Divinity.

There is no logical reason to blame God for human misbehavior.
