There’s a difference between “always” wanting something from the Lord, and “just” wanting something from the Lord.

As any loving father understands without further explanation, God delights for us to ask Him for
and about anything and everything at any time. That’s “always.”

To “pray without ceasing” can only mean one thing. It’s only old what’s-his-name who would want us to feel guilty about praying.
