Today I want to acquaint you with our Man Alive Bible Study and introduce you to the just-launched Man Alive Community!

First, a little background. What began as a desire and calling to disciple men kicked into high gear when the Man in the Mirror Bible Study (now Man Alive) that I started in a bar in 1986 went viral all over the planet. It has been exciting!

The Bible study led me to write The Man in The Mirror, which, with more than 4 million copies in print, has changed so many men’s lives for the better—maybe you’re one of them! I’m genuinely humbled that The Man in the Mirror was named one of the 100 Christian books that changed the 20th century, etched alongside books from luminaries such as C. S. Lewis, A. W. Tozer, and Chuck Colson.

The Bible study was also a catalyst for the start of the nonprofit organization Man in the Mirror, a global ministry I founded that has equipped thousands of churches and impacted millions of men. Plus, over the years the Bible study has served as the Petri dish out of which I have now authored 23 books for men.

All of this has been hatched (and is still being hatched!) out of the Man Alive Bible Study—which makes the Bible study a valuable Kingdom-building resource.
